General Manager (GM)
- Has broaden knowledge of travel industry
- Good sense of enterpreneurship
- Wide networking
- Experience in travel management is an advantage
- Familiar with IFRS
- Experienced in Accounting firm
- Good indonesian taxation knowledge
Human Resources and Administration (HRA)
- Able to setting up & implementing HR policies & procedures, keeping abreast with labour laws & industrial relations
- Able to handling HR administration and measurement employee engagement.
General requirements :
- Minimum Age : 30 years (1-2), 25 years (3)
- Bachelor degree
- Good leadership and communication skills
- good analytical skill and problem solving
- Minimum Experiences : 5 years (1-2), 3 years (3)
- English proficiency and computer literacy
- Willing to travel around the region
