Service Manager (2 positions)
For Incident Management :
- Have knowledge in Service Management : ITIL certification or experience in service organization handling incident management for at least 2 years
- Able to lead large number of service engineers (more than 20)
- Have knowledge in Service Management : ITIL csertification or experience in service organization handling service level management for at least 2 years
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with multiple customer level
- Having some background in business & commerce is advantageous
Project Manager
- Have knowledge in Project Management : PMP certification or experience in IT project management for at least 3 years
- Have experience in handling large scale project all over Indonesia especially in telco industry
- Stong leadership and good interpersonal skill
General requirements :
- Graduated from reputable university with GPA >3.0 (S2 preferred) from IT or related field
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding in networking technology
- Min. 2 years management experience
