PT Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups’ plantations in Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 75,000 hectares of plantation and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur.

The business model of Agro Group Plantations evolves around building and expanding sustainable plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence. We envision becoming a fully integrated player in the industry value-chain to ensure long term sustenance of our business.

In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in our Plantations in Kalimantan & Jakarta

Financial Controller (FC)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the presence of an effective and efficient system of internal controls, financial monitoring systems implemented for plantation development projects & operating procedures for safety guarding company’s assets.
  • Cost management & following efficient and effective process and controls, set in place systems for financial reporting to continuously review and monitor the development of plantation projects, including the monitoring of the progress against time schedules. Identify variances and recommend means of rectifying expenditure variances, assist the senior management in reviewing and developing development programs
  • Develop the financial budget in line with development requirements, assist the management in the budgeting process by coordinating
  • Ensure efficient cash flow planning, and managing all operational finance aspects of the plantation unit

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree in Accounting, thorough knowledge of IFRS Standards and familiar with ERP system Environment
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in similar positions & at-least 5 years in Senior Manager category
  • Posses strong leadership and analytical skills. Excellent report writing and communication skills (Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential)

Management Accountant (MA)
Responsibilities:

  • Handle management accounting functions of the group, including budgeting and budgetary control
  • Undertake project feasibility reports for proposed expansion programs and critically review the existing operation activities in terms of cost benefits analysis
  • Overlook and supervise Financial Accounting activities including monthly accounts, approval of journal vouchers, and ensure the accounts are prepared on time and posted weekly
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and report to the Management
  • Develop and submission of various finance reports (MIS) to Operations Managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting with an added value of accounting certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Public Accounting Firm or commercial sector
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is essential
  • Familiar working in a fully integrated ERP System
  • Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and analytical skills (Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential)
  • Preferred age between 28-35 years

Financial Accountant (FA)
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the financial reporting management and recording is taking place based on Company’s procedure manual and accepted accounting practices
  • Handle cash flow management, and timely & accurate bank reconciliations preparation
  • Handle Creditor management including developing regional suppliers database, monitoring accounts payable and creditor’s agreement
  • Maintain regular surveillance and monitoring of prices trends of major supplies to the Company
  • Perform Corporate and other taxes ie PPN, PPH (articles 21,22,23,24,25,26,29)
  • Handle customs duty including to ensure that customs duties on imports are being property computed and proper documents are being maintained for all imports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance with an added value of accounting certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Public Accounting Firm or commercial sector
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) essential
  • Conversant with import and export regulations
  • Thorough knowledge on Corporate and other taxes
  • Familiar working in a fully integrated ERP system
  • Posses excellent report writing and verbal communication skills, strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills (proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential)
  • Preferred age between 28-35 years

Accounts Assistant (AA)
Responsibilities:
You will required to prepare monthly financial statement and ensure payments are made on time

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting possess hands on experience in accounting packages ACCPAC, Oracle Financials and Microsoft Excell, Word, Power Point, Project, etc.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of working experience in Plantation / manufacturing sector or reputed big 5 audit firms
  • Knowledge on local tax and accounting standards both PSAK and IFRS is an added advantage
  • Must demonstrate an above average proficiency in English

Assistant Manager Purchasing (AMP)
Responsibilities:
As the assistant manager purchasing, you will plan, coordinate, implement systems and ensure that all materials, services and support facilities required to carry out plantation operations functions of all operating entities are made available on-time in the most effective & efficient manner. Continuously update market intelligence database, carry out detail analysis & facilitate in developing strategies for sourcing & procurement

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Marketing together with equivalent relevant professional qualifications and 3-4 years experience in similar capacity
  • You need to provide evidence of strong negotiation, communication, analytical and operational service excellence competencies combined together with entrepreneurial personality & commitment to high ethical standards
