Contract Admin Compliance Officer - (Code: CACO)
This position is based in Jakarta Office. This is a staff position reporting to Contract Admin Superintendent. This position is responsible to coordinate the tendering, reviewing, and documenting of Contracts Project focus on Mining, Construction and General Services as required by PTAI’s Procedures with the objectives of ensuring the integrity of the contractual process and minimizing contractual disputes

Those with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply :

  • Min. S1 Degree in business law.
  • Having minimum 3 years experiences in contract drafting, reviewing, monitoring compliance of the contract implementation and handling contract dispute.
  • Familiar with FIDIC Standard.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and well communicated.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesia and English both written and oral, computer literate in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • High integrity, assertive, dedicated, and team work oriented and high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety and business ethic and Good Corporate Governance.

SHEC OFFICER (Code: SO)
This is a staff position reporting to SHE Superintendent. This position is responsible for coordinating and prepare data statistic SHEC performance in weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly, filing system and administration in SHEC department.

Qualifications required :

  • Min. D3 or S-1 graduate in relevant disciplines.
  • Min 2 years experience in safety management of coal mining.
  • Possess Excellent knowledge in safety mining regulations, Safety management and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

General Requirement :

  • Possess excellent language skills either spoken, written of both Indonesian and English.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
  • High commitment to PTAI standard on business ethic.
  • Good understanding on global coal business will be an advantage.

SHE SUPERINTENDENT (Code: SHES)
This is a senior staff position reporting to SHEC Manager. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring PT AI SHE programs to ensure that all Sites and their contractors comply with the company policy and standard on safety, health & environment and operate in safe condition, developing and implementing best practice to improve thce cost effectiveness of company SHE assurance process and performance.

Qualifications :

  • Min. S-1 graduate in health science, engineering or any other relevant disciplines.
  • Min 3 years experience in similar position in coordinating roles.
  • Excellent knowledge in Safety regulations, SHE management and audit system and standards.
  • Good skills in assessment, auditing, training in health, safety and environment.
  • Experience in coordinating role, cultural change and implementation of programs would be advantages.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the areas of healthy, safety, environment and general business.
  • Hold certificate of OHSAS auditor and/or Ahli K3 will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-established leadership skills.

  • Min 3 years experience in safety management of coal mining.

Travel Officer - (Code: TO)
This position is based in Jakarta Office. This is a staff position reporting to Treasury & Personal Account Coordinator. This position is responsible to coordinate the travel booking and accommodation arrangement for PTAI employees with the aim of supporting company business travel requirement.

Those with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply :

  • Min. Diploma or S1 Degree in relevant disciplines
  • Having minimum 3 years experiences in ticketing or related position especially in travel industry or Air Line Company.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and well communicated.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesia and English both written and oral, computer literate in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • High integrity, assertive, dedicated, and team work oriented and high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety and business ethic and Good Corporate Governance.
