Management Trainee
Work Location : Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• You will deliver all requirements to support and manage key promotions within defined territory catchment areas. Working predominantly with our sales partners, you will be responsible for training and communication in the field as well as managing event sites, special community events and delivering sales targets to ensure optimum performance is achieved. This is your opportunity to make your mark in a new position within our growing Management Trainee Program.
• We provide different kind of trainings for different individuals that come in to the company. We provide in house training, field training and overseas training for our top performance people in the company. In order to expand we need to do test and research in our next targeted cities so we will do lots of travelling and send our best performance people for travelling and check those new markets. So we will need people with no travel restrictions in our team.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• 5 Full-Time positions available.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, hardworking, pleasant and dynamic personality.
• Solid Client Management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
• Experience in working in an International, fast-paced environment
• ASAP starters are advantage
