Market Intelligence Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
• * Coordinate the activities of other internal research team members to ensure that data collection and data processing procees as planned, and projects meet prescribed deadlines and budget projections
• * Coordinate quantitative & qualitative Market Intelligence report, including PEST Analysis, Industry overview and market trend analysis.
• * Consolidate and organize competitiveness report (channel, product and service)
• * Liase with Group Office and outside vendor in conducting regular consumer research, including NPS and customer research
• * Conduct any ad-hoc research/study to support specific task
• * Communicated and present the result of any conducted research/study to the senior management and various related stake holder
• * Provide marketing dashboard report

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Market Research or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Having 1 year experience in related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical and communication skill.
• Proficient in Ms. Excell application.
• Team player.

Customer Service Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Sona Topaz)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or Supervisor/Team Lead.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill.
