Customer Relations Management - Staff
(Jakarta Raya)


Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to Marketing Dept Head, CRM-Staff, Help Marketing Dept Head to Implement CRM, Monitor & Report CRM in Marketing & Sales Area.


• Job Description:
o Together with Marketing Dept Head, Establish a comprehensive training program for all customer service & CRO in order to provide a consistent level of service.
o Together with MIS Team develop CRM system for day2day operation, Analizing CRM Data to provide comprehensive CRM Report for Management.
o Deliver training to all staff sales & Marketing person at least once per quarter.
o Support Sales & Marketing on CRM Application
o Monitor CRM Activity Within Organization
o Provide Comprehensive Sales report for Sales Review Meeting
o Coordinate & Facilitate Sales Review Meeting


Requirements:
• Male / Female (25 - 30 years old); Minimum 1 year experience as CRO / CSO / Sales Admin (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome).
• Degree holder from Engineering, Economic, IT From TOP University with min GPA. 3.
• Having knowledge in data based management & CRM (preferably)
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
• People-minded.
• Able to work under pressure.

Area Sales Manager - Balikpapan
(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:
• Managing Area Supervisor in developing the business in the assigned area.
• Monitor competitors activities and propose any actions to the management and increasing sales & market share.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Min experience 5 years as a regional / branch manager in the same field.
• Experiences in related oil & gas/ mining/building construction/ government related/ telco with the experience in Pump/ Rotating Equipment/ Fire Protection, Safety, Security & Enviromental Solution is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Preferably have established contacts with customers in area.
• Must have strong leadership, Has significant experience in managing and leading people.
• Good presentation skill and negotiation.
