Responsibilities:
- Have an excellent knowledge concerning Human Resources Management.
- To plan, organize and supervise human resources job function staffing, recruitment, compensation & benefit, training & development, industrial relation.
- Familiar with law & regulation concerning manpower.
- Have good communication skill with labor union & government institution.
- Have an excellent interpersonal skill.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, 23 – 27 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in law from reputable university with minimum GPA.3,0 of 4,0.
- Having a working experience at least 2 years in manufacture industry
- Strong ability to analyze problem and offer practical solutions.
- Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
- Positive attitude and honesty, good organization skill, and smart working.
