Clinical Research Associate - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- A Clinical Research Associate has an important task which will be responsible to verify that the rights and well-being of human subjects are protected and the reported trial data are accurate, complete and verifiable from source documents. More important, CRA will make sure that the conduct of the trail is in compliance with the currently approved protocol/amendments, with GCP and with applicable regulatory requirement. CRA will take into account:
- Verifying that all research staffs, facilities and investigational products have adequate qualifications and resources and these remain adequate.
- Verifying that investigator follows the approved protocol and all GCP procedure and also communicating deviations from the protocol, SOPs, GCP and the applicable regulatory requirements to the investigator
- Providing the referential prior the research grant and communicate internal R&D and Healthy Hydration Steering Committee of R&D
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
- Medical background
- Working experience in Research and Development, especially in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
- Strong knowledge regarding scientific regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
This position will report to Organization Development Director. The incumbent is responsible to :
- Managing the whole applicatiions / modules / database / interface (if any) Human Resources Information System (HRIS) deployed in Aqua including its interlinked with other function’s appplication / modules / database/ interface Managing and updating all HR policies and business processes related by HRIS Managing HRIS periodic data consolidation, analysis and report Establish and maintain coordination with Danone HRIS in regional and global
Qualifications
The qualifications are:
- University degree in Management, Statistic
- Having 5 years experience in HRIS field, preferably with strong background from FMCG with multi-location operation
- Having good knowledge in HR management concept, HR business process, HRIS application, SAP ERP environment
- Proficient in using MS Office , MS Visio, and MS Project
- Good command in English both verbal & written

Responsibilities
- This position will report to Organization Development Director. The incumbent is responsible to:

- Aligment of OD within HR function as well as other functions across the organization

Qualifications

- Having good knowledge in business strategy planning, budgeting and reporting; Human resources management; Change management; and Business process reengineering.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- University degree from any major
- Having 5-7 years experience in HR, and current role as HR Manager . Preferably posses mixed multinational experience and local company experience. Experienced in Manufacturing is a must.
- Shows good people skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, matured for his/her age, understand how to approach and deals with local communities/government. A self driven person and result oriented.
