Creative, Media & Research Staff – Writer & Research (CMR) - Jakarta Selatan
- As part of the External Relation Department, this position is responsible for three significant roles. The first role of this position is to collect, explore, analyze and classified various data (picture, videos, news and article, etc) for creative and communication purposes. The second role is using imagination, writing skill and creative thinking to develop various creative and communication tools and collateral, to be placed on various communication channels. The third is to manage an effective operation ofthe production of various creative communication tools and the operation of related communication channels.
Key Area Reponsibilities
- Good writing skills and ability to develop ideas into stories and and copy writing, and determine the suitable multi communication channles for publication purposes.
- Collect, explore, analyze and classified various media (pictures, videos, article, news, etc)
- Work with the imagination and analyzed or statistical data to acquire ideas.
- Producing creative advertising to be published on printed and electronic media.
- Managing website, blog, dispaly adand or other social networking media about product to generate interest.
- Read other writers’ blogs and leave comments to generate interest and network.
- Promote the published stories through online resources, bookstores, media, word-of-mouth.
- Develop various publication and communication tools, brochure, flyer, etc for marketing and communication purposes.
- Conduct simple research for creative publication purposes.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Communication or English literature major background would be preferable.
- Having minimum 2 years experience in writings and creative media.
- Excellent communication skill oral and written in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative and creative thinker.
- Proven record of portfolio in creative media and writings.
- Having good knowledge regarding web, blog and social networking media.
- Good knowledge and skill in statistics and research methods.
- Fast learner and strong willingness to learn new things.
- Has a fast working pace and ability to multi-tasking
- Self motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge and skills in adobe photoshop and illustrator will be highly preferable.
- Experience and skill in photography will be highly preferable.
Relationship & Communication Officer (SSE-ReComm) - Jakarta Selatan
- As part of the External Relation Department, this position is responsible for three significant roles. The first role of this position is to manage the development of the SSE’s Brand and its program through effective execution of various marketing and communication activities.It also has to ensure the achievement of various SSE programs’ sales, including student recruitment, school partnership, and consulting services.Lastly it is responsible in building, developing and managing quality relation between SSE and various stakeholders.
Key Area Reponsibilities
- Develop and excecute marketing and promotion activities to increase public, school, private company, and other institutions’ awareness and perception of the SSE.
- Ensuring the distribution and placement of any SSE communication tools.
- Responsible to the execution as well as the result of SSE’s sales target.
- Analyzing market dynamics and providing feedbacks.
- Managing account and Liase with key persons of various stakeholders
- Identify, propose and execute Key program to open partnership opportunity and increase the SSE’ netwok with school and private company.
- Established and manage quality relationship between the SSE and school as well as private company.
Requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of marketing, sales or relationship management.
- Working experience in education institution will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skill, both oral and written in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good public speakers and have excellent presentation skill.
- Excellent computer application skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Excellent attitude and pleasant personality.
- Has strong interest to work in education institution
- Fast learner and strong willingness to learn new things
- Has a fast working pace and ability to multi-tasking
- Self motivated, mature and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel and work during weekend or public holiday if necessary.
