Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation.vetting of tender documents, abstract and highlight the critical terms and conditions to QS Manager.Assist to collect and analyze existing project`s tender prices of material, fabrication, erection, labour cost, etc.Updating and maintaining of system database required for developing cost estimates.Expedite and coordinate with various functional representatives (other internal QS) for completion of measured datas & cost estimates.Preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.Ensure the tender submission is in compliance with the relevant codes and specifications.Establish and maintain directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.Participate in the meeting to better understand the intent of the design from the designerRequirements:
Female, age between 23-35 years old.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Civil / Architectural / Building / Quantity Surveying or related.At least 5 years experience in Engineering, Design or construction field if have experience in Hotel & Serviced Apartment project will be an advantage.Must be able to interpret 2D Autocad drawing & Colour Picture of Concept Design into a 3D model of project.Capability of using PC software Autocad, Ms. Office.Good communication skills in english (both oral and writing).
