PT Global Asistensi Manajemen Indonesia company provides Third Party Administration Services to insurance companies (both local and offshore) and Global Asistensi provides Administration & Risk Management services to companies who may have decided not to insure all or part of their employee health benefit programs.

Customer Service

Job Description :
We are seeking a highly qualified, proactive and experienced Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Handling all incoming calls including answering client's questions, providing clients request and other information
2. Follow up all incoming complaints by email or by phone
3. Provide report to supervisor on weekly basis

To meet the requirements of this position you must:

1. Be minimum Associate Degree (D-3) any dicipline, major in English is preferred
2. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skill
3. Have proficiency in both written & spoken English is a must
4. Have experience in health insurance
5. Be able to work under pressure
6. Be familiar with office application
7. Be a high motivated person
8. Be able to work independently as well as in a team
9. Be willing to work in shift

Overseas training or experience will be highly regarded as will experience in the insurance industry.
