Restaurant Manager .
- Must Have 5 years of western restaurant experience
- Knowledge at food & berverage services
- Wine kowlegde & must be service oriented
Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Min. 3 years western restaurant operational experience and be service oriented
Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager
- Must have over 5 years of western kitchen operations
- Must have knowledgeable in kitchen inventory/costing
- Menu planning and good hygiene standard
Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager
- Must have over 3 years of western kitchen operations
- Must have knowledgeable in western food with creativity experience and hygiene standard
Assistant Bar Manager
- Minimum 5 years in beverage operations
- Must have knowlegde of beverage inventory / costing / hygiene standard
- Preparation of cocktail and other bar related work
Secretary / PA
- Must have at least 3 years secretarial experience
- Knowledge of food and berverage operations & IT savvy
