Finance & Accounting Manager
Generally this position is to oversee finance accounting control function of the company, and assist management for decision making & performance improvement in developing strategies, implementing and controlling the company financial operation

This includes :

• Preparation of management and financial reports. Overall management of the company transaction processes on account receivables, payables, banking payroll, and fixed asset
• Consolidation of group accounts
• Ensure enforcement of SOP and other control function related to accounting, fixed asset, purchase & project operations
• Budgeting control, Cash Flow management
• Taxation, Subordinates supervisory
• Ensure good internal controls are in place
• Liaise with external auditors
• Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements :

• Preferrably Female with maximum ae 35 years old
• Holds minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same position, experience as an external auditor will be an advantage
• Conversant with Ms. Office applications
• Having good knowledge of Indonesian taxation cash flow analysis and budgeting
• Excellent in managerial skill, organization, leadership, analytical and interpersonal
• Good in oral & written communication both in Indonesian and English
• Self innovated, initiative, trustworthy, good team player
