Recruitment Officer (Code: RO) - Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya
Responsibilities
- Organizing & hands on recruitment activities for regional/province
- Identified and collaborating with recruitment channel to provide the best fit candidate (University, School, Disnaker etc)
- Coordinating with business user to finalize in selecting and targeting candidate
- Administer human capital working purpose and regular reporting
- Having at least 2 (two) years experience in recruitment (experience in handling massive recruitment is preferable) and using recruitment tools
- Graduate degree in Psychology is a Preferable
- Male/Female with max 30 years old
- Willing to mobile across the province
- Will stationedly be placed in Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya

- Having at least 4 (Four) years experience in recruitment with at least 2 (Two) years in managing recruitment team (experience in handling massive recruitment is preferable)
- Graduate degree in Psychology is a Preferable
- Male/Female with max 35 years old
- Willing to mobile across the province
- Will stationedly be placed in Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya
