With around 500 employees, a pioneer in the implementation of plant breeding concept in Indonesia, and also market leader in all major South East and South Asian for its tropical hybrid seeds. To strengthen their fast growing nature and to extend their growth in the region, they are now looking for a hands-on, self-driven, high motivated individual to join their organization in an new position as :
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (Purwakarta based)
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your primary focus will be developing Human Resources department including the system. The other responsibilities will be providing suport services related to organization development, performance management, competency development, recognition, rewards and compensation, and industrial relations.
To be successful candidate, you have at least a minimum of 5 years of related experience as an Human Resources Generalist, preferably in freight forwarding, courier services, logistic and manufacturing industry. You should have college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or an allied field, and an advantage degree would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are pivotal for this role for you are required to interact with people from cross levels. You also required to possess high initiative and maturity level, sound leadership skill, and strong problem solving capacity. Fluent in English both written and spoken is prequisite.
The interviews will be conducted in Jakarta and Purwakarta
