Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities :

• Receiving, logging and advertising of new enquiries from clients, using both company s channels and external advertising media.
• Searching of new clients as well as maintaining the good relationship with the existing clients.
• Searching, screening and identifying candidates through existing contacts/advertising roles/headhunting as well as communicating with clients accordingly.
• Preparing documents, liaising and co-coordinating between clients and candidate regarding additional supporting administration work.
• Conducting post placement reviews and procedures.
• Managing administering and developing the company s database for both candidates and clients
• Conducting periodic business and review meetings with clients.
• Reviewing operational performance and reporting to Operations Manager.
• Marketing know how, possess ability to advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Male/Female.
• Bachelor s or Master Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literates.
