Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Female, below 25 years , Single
• Min Senior High School with at least 1 years of administrative experience
• Provide general admin support to the company
• Continually Prepare, monitor and update all Certification activities for the project PO from clients
• Support internal and external resource management;
• Full-Time positions available, Fresh Graduate will be considered
• Proficient in MS office applications
• English and Chinese proficiency, both in report writing and speaking is must
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines
• Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can do” attitude
STAFF ACCOUNTING/ TREASURY / FINANCE/ TAX
Requirement:
• Female, below 25 years , Single
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience
• Candidate must possess at least a D3, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Able to use computer literate
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, MYOB
• Detail oriented, assertive, able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Fluent in English, Chinese
• Full-Time positions available, Fresh Graduate will be considered
• Understand tax with certification Brevet A/B (tax staff)
• Able to analysis cash flow , budgeting, Journal
Engineer
Requirements :
• Graduated from a reputable university min with a Bachelor's (S1) / Master's (S2) degree in any kind of major(Preferably S2) , Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications is preference
• Male, max. 25 years old
• Proactive, excellence leadership and management skills
• Good at interpersonal, communication and Administrator skills
• Able to work very fast and perform under pressure, Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment; Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can do” attitude
• Computer Literate and able to use technology effectively
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Must have good discipline, strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
• Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
• A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with min. supervision in a highly demanding environment
• English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking is must. Knowledge Chinese is preference
• Candidate must be willing to travel within Indonesia
